FAQ

I get a message that my e-mail address already exists in the system
This message means that you have registered in our reservation system before and you already have an account here. You can reset your password using [I forgot my password] on the login page. Persons who already have an account in the system do not have to register again. Please log in to your account using the login button at the top of the page.

What does an * mean by the description of a field (e.g. e-mail *)?
This symbol means that you cannot proceed with your order without filling in the field.
